Are you passionate about sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence? We're looking for a Multi Skilled Operator (MSO) to join a high-performing manufacturing team within a global leader in the packaging and speciality film industry. This is a hands-on role within a dedicated cell, supporting both Thermoforming and Extrusion operations.

As an MSO, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth production, first-line maintenance, and process control. You'll work closely with the Operational Team Leader and may step into leadership responsibilities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote a zero-accident culture through strong HSHE awareness.
Maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
Deliver daily manufacturing performance to plan.
Conduct first-line maintenance and manage asset care.
Perform tooling, setting, and product changeovers.
Drive process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Accurately complete process documentation.
Mentor and train colleagues within the team.
Provide cover for machine operation and packing duties.
Solve problems within the cell and manage material movement.
Identify and implement waste reduction opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Mechanical qualification (Level 2 or above).
Strong risk awareness and commitment to safe working practices.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
High attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet operational needs.
Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights and weekends - Day Shift 06:40-19:00, and Night Shift 18:40-07:00
