Pre-School Room Leader - £30,500–£33,000

 

Our client, a welcoming and well-established early years setting in Peckham, is looking for a dedicated Room Leader (Pre-School) to join their team on a full-time, 40-hour per week basis.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years practitioner or nursery room leader who is passionate about supporting children’s development in a nurturing, play-based environment.

 

The service prides itself on creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging space where every child can thrive. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the pre-school room, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards.

 

Before You Apply

  • Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner in an Early Years setting is required.
  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) is essential.
  • This role is not suitable for candidates without room leadership experience.
