About Us

Koji Academy is the UK division of Kaidoko, an international education and wellbeing organisation with a proven record of success in SEN interventions worldwide. Guided by Innovate Telford and led by passionate social entrepreneurs, we are based in the education quarter of The Quad, Telford , Shropshire. we are now bringing innovations in SEN education and mental wellbeing the UK.

Our focus is simple: we connect caring and skilled tutors with children who need in-person SEN tuition at home. We also offer online sessions where suitable, but our main work is face-to-face with families.

Our Mission

We believe education should open doors for every child. We work with parents, schools, and local authorities to support children with a range of needs, including SEN, SEMH, MLD, and SLD. By combining academic support with care for wellbeing, we aim to help every learner grow in confidence and reach their potential.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking qualified, compassionate tutors who:

• Have experience teaching or supporting children with SEN/SEND needs or CMN ( Children with Medical needs)
• Can provide 1:1 in-person tuition in homes or community settings
• Are flexible, adaptable, and able to tailor sessions to individual learners
• Hold QTS/QTLS or other relevant teaching qualifications (preferred)
• Have an Enhanced DBS (on the update service)
• Hold a UK driving licence and are willing to travel locally in staffordshire.
