We welcome Relief chefs who are:

Passionate about producing high-quality food
Confident working in fast-paced or unfamiliar kitchens
Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
Strong communicators who perform well under pressure
Knowledgeable in food safety and hygiene standards
Flexible with shifts, including days, evenings, and weekendsRoles & Responsibilities of the Relief Chefs

Depending on your experience level, duties may include:

Preparing and cooking dishes to specification
Supporting service across multiple kitchen sections
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Assisting with menu preparation and stock rotation
Leading sections or supervising junior staff (senior roles)
