Must Have's

* Proven experience as a Packaging Technologist

* Strong understanding of packaging components, materials, and manufacturing processes

* Degree (or equivalent) in a science or technology-based discipline

* Confident managing packaging through design, development, and implementation stages

* Skilled in packaging testing and risk assessment

Nice to have's

* Experience within the Health & Beauty sector would be fab!

* A degree in Product Design/Materials Science/Cosmetic Science would be very advantageous!

* Experience working with Far Eastern supply base

* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for packaging

* Familiarity with sustainability-focused packaging strategies

* Comfortable developing or applying new testing protocols

So what will you be doing?

* Leading packaging development across multiple projects, balancing creativity, sustainability, cost and quality

* Working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to bring packaging concepts to life

* Providing technical expertise from design to mass production

* Ensuring all components are risk assessed, tested, and regulatory compliant

* Keeping up with innovations in packaging technology and sustainability

* Supporting our Packaging Sustainability Strategy

* Producing key documentation for Product Information Files
