A well-established engineering business in Ferndown is looking to add an experienced CNC Turner to its team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC Turner Programmer who is confident setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes within a precision engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
Programme, set, and operate CNC turning machines
Work with live tooling and multi-axis lathes where required
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Carry out first-off and in-process inspections using measuring equipment
Make programme and offset adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Ensure machines are set up and running efficiently to meet production targetsEssential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a CNC Turner or CNC Turner Programmer
Strong ability to set, operate, and programme CNC lathes
Experience with live tooling and/or multi-axis machines
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to qualityDesirable Experience
Experience with Fanuc or similar controls
Background in precision engineering environments
Experience working with tight tolerances and complex componentsBenefits
