This is a hands-on retail management role, perfect for a people-first leader who loves creating an engaging customer experience and driving sales. You'll be responsible for all aspects of store operations including:

Leading your team from the front
Delivering brilliant customer service every day
Achieving retail KPIs and managing commercial performance
Planning rotas, managing payroll, and overseeing stock integrity

Coaching, supporting, and developing your team
