Senior Maintenance Engineer

£55,000 - £58,000 

4on/4off DAYS 7am-7pm rotating 

The Company:

The company are expanding and doing really well, they are now looking for a senior maintenance engineer/maintenance lead that will be responsible for supporting engineering excellence, focusing on OEE, reliability, scheduling, continuous improvement, day to day meetings, dealing with contractors and more. This is mainly desk based - they are looking for a reap peoples person that is organised and can demonstrate they have experience on the above. 

The senior maintenance engineer will benefit from days only hours, book 4 days off and get 12 days off work. be able to drive excellence within the maintenance team and feel more than just a number in a big company. 

Experience required for the Senior Maintenance Engineer:

Qualified to level 3 (NVQ/C&G) or Apprenticeship served 
At least 5 years experience working as a senior maintenance engineer/maintenance manager 
experience leading people
