Account Manager - Very Competitive Salary
An opportunity to become a pioneer of customer relationships and hold full responsibility for managing the performance and profitability of key clients accounts to achieve the budgeted sales and profit targets through Buying, Supply Chain, Product, Technical.
* Develop strong external relationships and be the customer's expert through multi-level stakeholder management, supporting with all aspects of account management, including Buying, Supply Chain, Product, Technical.
* Hold customer meetings independently being the product and account expert with the confidencer and ability to lead the process.
* In conjunction with the Business Manager, develop customer specific account plans to include revenue, volume and profitability targets.
* Solid understanding of your products and the business manufacturing capabilities for said products, relaying and catering this to the customer needs.
* Become a product expert on behalf of the business
* Forecasting, budgeting, managing sales figures and EPOS
* Supporting the wider team with procurement and selling prices being accountable for profitability for your dedicated accounts.
* Involvement with S&OP process and to advise Customer Service Manager of all future changes to the forecast
* IT literate - MS Office inc. Word/Excel/PowerPoint
* 5 year's relevant experience with FMCG manufacturing
* Strong analytical and commercial skills
* Proven track record of negotiation and relationship building
* Exceptional stakeholder management
