We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Core Maker to join our manufacturing team. You'll produce cores for high-quality ductile iron and steel castings used in turbo/manifold and general engineering applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture cores to meet production targets and specifications

*

Operate tools and machinery safely (including lifting up to 25kg)

*

Inspect, dress, vent, and repair cores as needed

*

Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas

*

Record process data and follow work instructions

*

Report equipment or material issues promptly

*

Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Experience in foundry core-making preferred

*

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

*

Ability to work independently and follow technical documents

*

Commitment to health & safety and continuous improvement

Desirable:

*

Experience with cold-box (PUCB) systems

*

Forklift/crane/slinging certification
