We are seeking a skilled Broker/ Account Executive to join our clients team. A business with great salary & benefits.

Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts

* Prepare quotes, proposals, renewals, and endorsements

* Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers

* Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements

* Support Producers/Account Executives in growing the book of business

* Processing new business, renewal, and mid-term adjustments efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements

* New business acquisition through quotations and renewal terms

* Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.

* Deliver sales and growth within your predefined area.

* Arrange cover to comply with client instructions and business needs

* Ensure accuracy of all documentation and review information and reports as necessary

* Maintain accurate client and prospect records

* Build strong working relationships with both internal and external clients

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a similar role

* Cert CII beneficial but not essential

* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and procedures

* A passion for elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level.-Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
