About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during teacher absence
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
Support pupils as they complete set tasks
Gain hands-on experience in schools - perfect for aspiring teachers, counsellors, or education professionals

What We're Looking For

You don't need formal teaching qualifications - just:

Confidence working with young people
Strong communication skills
A positive, professional attitude
Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools
Experience in education, youth work, coaching, mentoring, or similar roles (desirable but not essential)
