Job Title: Slinger/Signaller with Sea Survival Training

Location: Gravesend

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Safely sling and signal loads for cranes and other lifting equipment on marine and offshore projects.
Communicate effectively with crane operators and other team members to ensure precise and safe load handling.
Conduct routine inspections of lifting gear and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Assist with the setup and dismantling of lifting operations.
Implement and adhere to sea survival protocols during operations in marine environments.
Participate in safety drills and training exercises.
Maintain accurate records of lifting operations and equipment inspections.
Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or safety incidents on site.



Valid Slinger/Signaller certification (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent).
Proven experience in slinging and signalling operations in construction or marine environments.
Sea survival training certification.
Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in challenging and dynamic environments.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Preferred:

Additional certifications in heavy machinery operation or marine construction.
First aid and CPR certification.
