Job Title: Production Operative
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Department: Production
Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off, 6:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 6:00 (days & nights rotation)

Role Purpose

To support the manufacturing, packaging, and inspection of products to a high-quality standard while ensuring safety, productivity, and continuous improvement on site.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery/equipment per SOPs to maintain product quality and safety.
Meet output targets.
Monitor equipment performance, report quality or safety issues promptly.
Perform basic maintenance (TPM) and record activities as required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Complete shift handovers effectively to ensure schedule continuity.
Support compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.
Participate in required training and report compliance concerns.
Carry out any additional duties as required by the Supervisors or Management.This is initially a 3-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of being extended.
