CNC Turner - Operator / Setter / Programmer

Ram Power Limited is a hydraulic cylinder design and manufacturing company based in Houghton Regis, Dunstable. We produce specialist hydraulic cylinders and components in short runs and one-off batches.

We are looking for experienced CNC Turners at Operator, Setter, or Programmer level.
Salary and responsibility will be aligned to skill level and experience.

The Role

*

Operating CNC turning lathes to proven programs

*

Setting tooling, offsets, and workholding

*

Editing or programming at the machine using Fanuc controls / manual input

*

Working on Doosan Puma CNC lathes and Colchester Alpha lathes

*

Reading and working to engineering drawings

*

Producing short-run and one-off hydraulic cylinder components

*

In-process inspection and quality control

*

Opportunity to progress onto C-axis and live-tooling work

About You

Experienced CNC Turner

*

Comfortable with Fanuc-controlled lathes

*

Reliable, practical, and quality-focused

*

Fusion 360 / Fusion CAM experience an advantage

*

G-code and Fanuc Manual Guide i experience an advantage
