Warehouse/ Forklift Operative

Location: Maldon, Essex

Duration: Permanent position

Hours: 4-weekly shift pattern (Early/Days/Days/Lates that rotate weekly)

Days: Full time, Monday to Friday

Salary:£30,800 per annum

Job Description:

• Drive a counterbalance FLT on a regular basis.
• Ensure FLT checks are complete daily.
• Picking and packing of products in an efficient manner.
• Support teams ensuring materials are available to them.
• Use a computerized stock system with hand-held scanners.
• loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Report any and all damages to a line manager.
• Ensure all products are dispatched and delivered with correct documentation.
• Work as a team-player.

Key Person Specification:

• Must have a valid and independent Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Have good literacy and numeracy skills in order to complete written works documentation.
• Be able to follow instructions to ensure safety at all times.
• Have a positive go-getter attitude.
• Understanding of health and safety would be advantageous.
• Must have a full and valid UK Driving licence.
