About the role (Key Focus Points): Operational and Service Excellence: Work with the club manager, gym staff, self-employed Personal Trainers and cleaning team to create an efficient, friendly and professional environment with high standards of presentation. Sales, Marketing and Communications: Propose and conduct marketing and prospecting activity to achieve club sales targets with the support of the club manager. Personal Training: To support the Club Managers in managing a team of Self-Employed Personal Trainers to achieve excellent service and revenue targets. PACK45 Workouts: To support the Club Managers and train the team to run PACK45 (our proprietary workouts) and to regularly assess sessions to ensure an exceptional product and service is being provided, complete with meaningful interaction with our members. Health & Safety: To support the club manager to ensure that all Health & Safety, Hygiene and COSHH regulations comply with requirements, and that our club rules are observed by members and guests, to ensure safety and well-being within our sites. About you: We are looking for our next key team member at our Slough location. We are on the hunt for an Assistant Club Manager who is an approachable and confident team player with exceptional leadership, organisational and customer service skills. The right candidate will be able to motivate a team, drive commercial performance, and take action to make great happen. Candidates must be a Level 3 REPS (or equivalent) Personal Trainer, and experience in the health and fitness industry is preferred. A current first aid and defibrillator certification would be advantageous, but not required. The ability to work flexibly to suit the hours and needs of the business is essential.
