Salary: £70000 - £75000/annum

We're supporting a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy who are looking to appoint an Associate Director Building Surveying into their team. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone based in or around the Bristol/South West region who's confident managing both project and professional surveying work.

You'll lead a variety of schemes across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, and public sector estates, covering everything from new-build developments to complex refurbishment projects. You'll also take ownership of key clients, support junior surveyors remotely, and help drive the continued growth of the building surveying function.

You'll need:

Strong experience as a Building Surveyor within a consultancy environment

MRICS preferred (or equivalent senior-level experience)

A solid mix of project and professional work - including surveys, defect analysis, dilaps, contract admin, and PM

Experience delivering both new-build and refurbishment schemes

Comfortable travelling across Bristol and the wider South West for projects/client visits

Confident leading clients, managing workloads, and supporting team growth

Commercially minded with excellent communication and reporting skills

Salary & Benefits:
