Role Overview

Joining an established Claims team, the focus is on Financial Lines & Liability, including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, and Cyber Insurance. You’ll deliver a high-quality, efficient claims service to clients, acting as a key liaison between clients and insurers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle claims from notification to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold service standards.
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients during the claims process.
  • Collaborate with brokers and underwriters to resolve complex claims.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in claims handling, ideally within Financial Lines or Liability insurance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple claims and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and insurance market practices
