Location: Colchester

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage demolition and strip out projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise on-site personnel and provide leadership and direction.
• Monitor project progress and manage any issues or challenges that arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in demolition or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are desirable.
