Multi-Site Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager to join an ambient business in Cambridgeshire. They are on the hunt for somebody to look after 2 sites. Any travel is covered by a car allowance.
You will be the main point of contact for all things Technical at both sites and you will be a part of the Senior Management Team for the company. If you are looking for a step up into multi-site role with strong exposure to a wide range of retailers, this could be the role for you!
What you will be doing:
- Champion and embed company culture, values, and processes across the team
- Lead the development and implementation of food safety, quality, and compliance strategies
- Support the Senior Management Team across key Compliance, Quality, Ethical & Sustainability
- Set departmental strategy, drive performance against KPIs, and support team development
- Establish and maintain robust, scalable policies and procedures in line with industry and regulatory standards
- Promote a proactive quality culture with a focus on continuous improvement and reducing non-quality costs
- Ensure adherence to food safety, legality, authenticity, and quality procedures
- Act as the key technical contact for customers, including complaint resolution and COP compliance
- Maintain awareness of customer requirements across the business
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure delivery of strategic objectives
What you need:
- At least 3 years of experience as Technical Manager in a food manufacturer
- Level 4 HACCP
- Strong knowledge of retailer standards and regulations
