Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Office assistant person to join our team! You will be responsible for general office duties including filing, answering the phone, assisting office associates, typing, customer follow up reporting. This could be either a full time or part time position. 



  • Assist with filing
  • Answer the phones
  • Greet visitors
  • Assist office personnel with various order processes.
  • Open and review mail.
  • General office duties.


  • Previous experience in  secertatiel position, customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with numbers in terms of pricing and discounting customer quotes.
  • Neat and Organized
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • On time, reliable, excellent attendance record.
