Do you have a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs in a 1:1 setting?

We are proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded Academy in Bradford to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant. This is a full-time, term-time position starting June 2025, continuing until the end of the academic year in July.

This role involves providing 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs in the classroom. You'll be working closely with teaching staff to ensure that the student can engage meaningfully with the curriculum and thrive in the school environment.

About the role:

* Full-time, Monday to Friday (school hours only)

* 1:1 in-class support for a pupil with additional needs

* Fixed term from June to July 2025

* Supportive and welcoming school environment

About you:

* Previous experience working in an SEN environment (essential)

* Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach

* Team player with a positive attitude

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
