About the Role

As a Client Engagement Executive, you'll play a key role in the early stages of the sales process. You'll be responsible for identifying new prospects, initiating contact, and qualifying leads for the wider sales team.

This role is perfect for someone who's confident, curious, and comfortable using various platforms—whether it's a phone call, email, LinkedIn message, or video chat.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Research and identify target contacts across key industries (B2B)

Craft compelling outreach messages and follow-ups to generate interest.

Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads.

Log all interactions and lead activity in the CRM system with clear and accurate notes.

Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing to ensure timely engagement.

Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.

Maintain consistent outreach activity, hitting or exceeding weekly targets.
