Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker with Dumper and Roller tickets for a long-term project based in Thurso, Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative looking for consistent work on a well-established site.

Role & Responsibilities:
Carrying out all aspects of groundwork including drainage, foundations, kerbing, and concreting
Operating forward tipping dumper and ride-on roller safely and efficiently
Assisting with site preparation and finishing works
Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Maintaining high standards of health & safety on siteRequirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller tickets (essential)
Proven experience in groundwork and plant operation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full PPE
Strong work ethic and reliability
