As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Executive to join our close-knit, high-performing team.

About the Role

As a Sales Support Executive, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our sales function. You'll be supporting our sales team with order processing, customer communication, and administrative tasks to ensure our clients receive exceptional service from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and monitor key performance indicators for the sales team, supporting them in the delivery of territory targets.

* Identify additional sales opportunities from all channels of customer contact and look to optimise account spend.

* Support the sales team with diary management and spot opportunities to maximise diary capacity to hit meetings targets.

* Take responsibility for existing account maintenance through regular customer contact.

* Complete monthly customer contact KPI's. which includes Touch base, New User, 50 orders, Red/Dead list, Standing Order suggestions.

* Demonstrate a full understanding of our onboarding process.

* Contribute to the delivery of customer testimonials and above & beyond.

* Contribute to the success of the Sales Support Team by identifying ways to improve/succeed and be proactive in all aspects of the job.

* Support the premises development department by identifying refit/refurb opportunities from customer contact.

* Drive your self-development through an active personal development plan.

* Conduct Microsoft teams meetings with customers at times and travel with the relevant Area Sales Manager to F2F meetings and conferences.

Who We're Looking For

* Previous experience in a sales support or admin-based customer service role

* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

* A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

* Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
