We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our Global Video Production (GVP) team in the Marketing department at our Manchester Studio.

Cloud Imperium Games is a fast-paced video gaming company on the cutting edge of technology. We release linear content to our growing fan base - cinematic & gameplay trailers, commercials, high-end serialized documentaries, and other experimental content. This is all hosted on our website, YouTube channel, social media platforms and livestream.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the video production process, and be skilled with scheduling, budgets, and asset management. You possess the ability to plan ahead, think critically, identify issues/roadblocks, and develop plans to prevent or minimize their impact on production. You can utilize budgets and schedules to protect and foster collaboration. It's not just about coming in on-time and under-budget, it's a matter of applying your experience to support the team in delivering top quality videos.

What does a Production Coordinator at CIG do?

• Coordinate all video projects through all phases of production. Including pre-production, production (filming/gameplay capture), post-production, finishing, delivering for publish and wrap.

• Scope, develop and maintain production schedules and budgets.

• Proactively collect feedback and provide status updates with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Coordinate efforts of shared resources from both internal departments and external vendors.

• Negotiate and manage contracts, purchase orders (POs), Statement of Work (SOW), license agreements, invoices, and overall communication with external vendors.

What do we expect from our Production Coordinator?

• A good amount of industry experience as a Production Coordinator within Marketing, Advertising, Television, or Gaming industries.

• Technical and logistical knowledge of production & post-production pipelines for promotional, scripted, and unscripted video content.

• Proficient with project management software such as MS Office, Airtable, and Jira.

• Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to easily adapt to changing mandates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects across various disciplines and time zones.
  

This role will report to the Senior Video Producer (GVP) and work collaboratively with the creative video production team, editorial, gameplay capture artists, marketing producers, community team, department leads and various internal stakeholders at Cloud Imperium.
