They are now recruiting for a Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a luxury high-rise tower block in Manchester city centre, valued at over £60m.

As the Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:

Take the lead in all financial matters related to construction projects
Manage cost estimates, budgets, and procurement processes
Conduct thorough cost analysis, identifying potential areas for cost-saving measures
Prepare and evaluate subcontractor agreements
Collaborate with the project team to monitor and control project expenses
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
