About the Role:
Our client, a leading housing management organisation, is responsible for the day-to-day management of housing services for around 6,000 council tenants and 1,500 leaseholders. They are committed to delivering high-quality landlord services and supporting residents to access opportunities that improve their health, wellbeing, and financial resilience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join their Housing Management team on an interim basis. You will take a holistic approach to tenancy management, addressing residents' concerns and ensuring issues are resolved in line with policy and procedure. Your role will include rent recovery, adult and child safeguarding, anti-social behaviour case management, supporting victims of domestic abuse, and facilitating mutual exchanges. You will also promote inclusion and help build stronger communities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of tenancies, ensuring compliance with housing legislation and welfare reform.

* Provide support to residents, addressing issues such as rent arrears, safeguarding, anti-social behaviour, and domestic abuse.

* Maintain detailed, evidence-based records and communicate effectively with residents and stakeholders.

* Work collaboratively across teams to deliver resident priorities and improve service quality.

* Use housing management systems (knowledge of NEC/Northgate is desirable).

Requirements:

* Proven experience in tenancy management, rent recovery, safeguarding, and anti-social behaviour case management.

* Strong understanding of housing legislation, welfare reform, and resident-focused service delivery.

* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve and offer a professional, empathetic approach.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities efficiently.

* Full UK driving licence is essential.

* Experience using housing management systems is desirable.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Successful candidates will be subject to a comprehensive screening process, including a DBS Disclosure.
