Teaching personnel is the UK's leading education recruitment agency and we are looking for Learning Support Assistants for an SEN school in Sittingbourne, Kent.
This school provides specialist education for children aged between 7-16 years old who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health problems. They also have communication and interaction issues and cognitive and delayed learning.
This school provides a very safe, calm and therapeutic environment to get the best out of the children and the classes are kept small (no more than 7 children per class) for close interaction with the Teachers and PEGS (Progress Engagement Guides).
- The shifts will usually be Monday- Friday Time: 08:30-15:30, but you would be expected to stay later for training days and meetings (all paid for)
- The ideal candidates will have lots of patience, be resilient, proactive, engaging and have positive persona!
- Qualifications needed-Minimum education to GCSE Level with A-C in Maths and English
- You must have prior experience as a Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant with SEND children.
