🔧 Your Role

As our Service Advisor, you'll be a key part of the service department, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every customer while helping to drive revenue growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing the full customer journey - booking, updates, handover, and follow-up

Promoting and selling service plans and value-added products

*

Leveraging a large existing customer database to generate new service business

*

Overseeing warranty claim processing with attention to detail and accuracy

*

Supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service

✅ What You'll Need

*

Experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor in the motor trade

*

A confident, consultative sales approach with proven results

*

Strong organisational skills and a clear, professional communication style

*

A methodical approach to warranty administration and compliance

*

A self-motivated, proactive attitude and commitment to high standards

*

Basic technical vehicle knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
