Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Property and Casualty Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent to join our agency!   This is a front desk position, you will be greeting customers, taking payments, answering phone calls and resolving customer service issues.  This is a Monday - Friday in-person position 9-5pm. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and questions.
• Make policy changes on a variety of insurance company websites
• Troubleshoot and resolve  issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Quote and write personal lines new business
