Experienced Financial Adviser

About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to provide expert guidance and tailored financial solutions to new and existing clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive holistic financial planning and investment advice
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Assess client needs and create bespoke financial strategies
• Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and market developments
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Achieve agreed performance and compliance targets

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial advice
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) required
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong knowledge of investment products, pensions, and protection planning
• Ability to work in a client-focused, compliant manner
