Seeking an experienced, Level 5 qualified Registered Manager to lead a new 2-bed children's home in Stoke. Multiple roles available across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and Newcastle-under-Lyme. You'll be supported by a highly experienced Responsible Individual and help build a team delivering trauma-informed therapeutic care. Includes bonus structure based on OFSTED outcomes, full-time psychotherapist support, and opportunities for career progression.

Salary: £44,000-£70,000 + bonus
