Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and professional Bodyshop Vehicle Painter to join their skilled team.

The Role

As a Vehicle Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes, ensuring every vehicle meets both manufacturer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces, ensuring they are clean, smooth, and ready for paint
• Mix and match paint colours using manufacturer codes and computerised systems
• Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using spray guns in a spray booth environment
• Carry out paint blending techniques for seamless repairs
• Inspect completed work to ensure a flawless finish, free from defects
• Perform flatting, polishing, and finishing as required
• Maintain spray equipment and ensure a clean, organised workspace
• Adhere to manufacturer repair methods and company quality standards
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including correct use of PPE
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have proven experience as a Vehicle Painter / Paint Sprayer within a Bodyshop
• Possess strong knowledge of automotive paint systems and application techniques
• Be skilled in colour matching and paint mixing systems
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
