Your role -

Full time or part-time Clinical Pharmacist role
Minimum requirement - 30 hours per week
Work as a vital member of the Pharmacy team, work autonomously and as part of the team
Telephone appointments to begin with
Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
Primary Care experience preferred but NOT essential
No CPPE Pathway or Independent prescribing required - but will have continuous support from the practice in pursuit of both
