Our client is a rapidly growing financial advisory firm with a national footprint of Insurance Advisors, Mortgage Advisors and Financial Advisors. As part of their next stage of growth, the 2 Directors are looking to recruit an Office Manager who can assist in running the operational aspects of the business, freeing them up to work on strategic projects
They are seeking an experienced individual with familiarity with the financial advisory profession (insurance, mortgages or wealth management). As Office Manager you will take ownership of administrative and operational functions such as: assisting with onboarding new joiners through the induction process, undertaking commission runs, creating MI, organising their quarterly conferences; keeping an eye on compliance matters etc.
The business is rapidly growing and has plans to double in size from their current salesforce of 80 Advisors. As such, the business is now at a stage that would benefit from having robust processes in place, which you will be a key part in assisting with.
Due to the flat structure of the business, there will be minimal line management required.
Office Manager Requirements
- You must have experience within financial advice profession (insurance, mortgages or wealth) – individuals without FS experience will likely be unsuccessful
- You should have experience of assisting senior leadership team with running an efficient business
- You should be motivated by the chance to join a growth focused business
