Fabricator, Hamilton, £16.38 per hour DOE, Weekly Pay + Overtime Paid at x1.5!
Fabricator required to work for a manufacturing facility based in Hamilton. The Fabricator will be interpreting engineering drawings and completing fabrication tasks.
The Fabricator will receive:
* Competitive pay of up to £16.38 per hour, overtime paid at £24.57 per hour.
* Temporary contract of 8 weeks with extension.
* Unlimited overtime availability at enhanced rate of x1.5.
* Shifts: Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:00, Fridays off.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricating stock components and general fabrication tasks.
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
* Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a heavy engineering or industrial environment.
* Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Experience operating bandsaw and guillotine.
