Supporting the Finance Director and Finance Manager, this is a brand-new opening for a Finance Administrator to join a company that sits within the IT industry and boasts a friendly team.

Finance Administrator Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Director and Finance Manager with the successful running of the finance department by handling all administration tasks
- Prepare and send purchase orders and sales invoices
- Manage company expenses and ensure all reconcile
- Deal with customer enquiries when required
- Enter accurate financial data to Sage and other in-house systems
- Maintain customer accounts, ensuring all details are correct and up to date
- Manage the fleet of company vehicles
Finance Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Similar experience gained as a Finance Administrator or Accounts Assistant would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous and experience using Microsoft Office packages would be advantageous
- Exceptional administration skills are a must as is a strong attention to detail
- Skilled communicator, able to communicate clearly and articulately at all levels
