CAD/ Revit Technician

Location: Manchester Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Hybrid: 1 day per week in the office (optional WFH)

The OpportunityHays are working with a well-established, sector leading, specialist contractor based in Manchester, who is looking to appoint a CAD/ Revit Technician to join their technical design team on a permanent basis.This role is ideal for a CAD Designer with Revit and AutoCAD experience, within the MEP sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce Revit and AutoCAD models and drawings
• Prepare, amend, issue, and record drawings in line with internal procedures
• Submit drawings to Document Control or external stakeholders as required
• Effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet project deadlines
• Ensure drawings fully meet project requirements, agreed programmes of work, and internal processes
• Work closely with the wider contracting and project teams to support delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Experience producing Revit models and AutoCAD drawings
• Over 2 years' experience using Revit and AutoCAD
• MEP design experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
