Zest Education is proud to be supporting a fantastic nursery in the Bayswater area, catering for children aged 2–5. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their welcoming team.

About the role:
  • Take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging sessional activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Support the development and implementation of the nursery’s curriculum, monitoring its effectiveness
  • Contribute to the daily running of the nursery, including activities, routines, and events
  • Maintain accurate observations and records for key children, ensuring their progress is regularly assessed
  • Work collaboratively with the Principal/Head Teacher and team to implement recommendations from inspections
  • Follow and uphold all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene standards

What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (EYT or EYP status desirable)
  • At least 3 years’ experience working with young children
  • Previous experience within a nursery or pre-school setting
  • Good knowledge of current early years legislation and EYFS requirements
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive individual with a passion for early years education and development
  • Someone with leadership potential and a desire to progress in their career
