About the Role

We are seeking experienced and adaptable District/HIU Engineers to join a growing team working across residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and pipework, in line with design specifications.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in heating systems, HIUs, controls, and associated pipework.
  • Conduct routine system checks and preventative maintenance.
  • Interact professionally with clients and residents, providing clear communication and excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in heating systems and/or HIU engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and stay current with industry standards.
Desirable Qualifications
  • NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
