Site Manager – Primary School (Northolt)

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to support a primary school in Northolt for a three-week assignment starting Monday 13th April. This is a vital role ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the school site each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening up the school site and carrying out daily checks
• Supervising contractors completing scheduled PPM works
• Moving and coordinating deliveries around the site
• Managing transport buses entering and leaving the site at the start and end of the school day
• Handling general site issues and responding to any ad-hoc maintenance needs

About You

• Previous experience in a school or facilities/site management role
• Confident overseeing contractors and managing day-to-day site operations
• Physically capable of manual handling when moving deliveries
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
