Are you a passionate and committed SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and inclusive setting? We are currently recruiting for multiple SEN Teacher positions across a group of nurturing and forward-thinking schools in the Tenterden area.

These schools provide high-quality, therapeutic education for children with a range of additional needs including SEMH, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. You'll join a collaborative environment where your work will make a direct difference in the lives of young learners. A car for this role is essential as some of the schools can be difficult to reach on public transport.

We're Looking For:

Qualified Teachers (QTS or QTLS) with a passion for inclusive education

Experience teaching or supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD, and/or ASD

A trauma-informed approach and strong classroom management skills

The ability to deliver tailored learning and create a positive, safe classroom environment

A sense of humour, resilience, and genuine enthusiasm for helping young people thrive

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across core subjects

Work alongside teaching assistants and other staff to implement EHCPs

Foster emotional regulation, social skills, and confidence through structured routines

Encourage participation through practical learning, including sports and PE
