Temporary Concierge – Residential Development (Day or Night Shifts)

I’m currently recruiting for a Temporary Concierge to support a luxury residential development. This role offers both day and night shifts, providing flexibility for the right candidate.

The ideal person will be professional, reliable, and confident in delivering a high standard of service to residents and visitors alike. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing a warm, professional front-of-house service to residents and guests
• Managing deliveries, keys, and access systems
• Coordinating with contractors, cleaners, and building management
• Responding to resident queries quickly and efficiently
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Supporting smooth day-to-day operations on site

Requirements:

• Previous concierge, front-of-house, or customer service experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart, professional appearance
• Able to work independently and handle a busy environment
• Flexible for day and/or night shifts
