We're proud to be working in partnership with a well-respected and growing name in the residential development sector, to recruit an enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to join their team.

About the Role:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations on a range of exciting new-build housing developments. From ensuring health & safety compliance to coordinating trades and assisting with quality control, this is a key opportunity to grow your leadership skills on high-quality residential projects.

‍♂️ What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting in the management of site activity to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
Supporting subcontractor coordination and materials scheduling
Monitoring quality control and ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation
Maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management
Building strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and the wider site team
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant site management role, ideally in housebuilding
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid qualifications (or working towards)
Strong communication and leadership skills
A hands-on approach and a willingness to learn from an experienced and supportive team
A full UK driving licence
