About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Freight Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in freight forwarding and a passion for building client relationships and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Prepare accurate quotes and negotiate competitive rates.
• Coordinate import and export shipments across Air, Sea, and Road freight.
• Liaise with hauliers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with internal teams for customs clearance and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Road).
• Proven track record in account management.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Existing client portfolio is highly desirable.
