Remote Conveyancer

It is seeking to employ a Conveyancer to be based fully remotely.

This role will see you work fully remotely whilst being supported by a dedicated, in-house team of Assistants, Paralegals and Secretaries to ensure you can offer your clients excellent service levels. 

The Role:

• Handle your own caseload of residential property files across a range of transaction types
• Communicating with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other Solicitors
• Negotiating terms of sale or purchase on behalf of clients
• Keeping clients informed throughout the process and addressing their concerns
• Overseeing contract exchanges and ensuring a smooth handover
• Conducting title checks and ensuring there are no legal issues with the property
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements and other legal documents

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer 
• Ability to effectively time manage and prioritise your own workload 
• Excellent client communication skills
