What will you be doing?

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be:

Supporting pupils in class, small groups and 1:1

Helping the teacher deliver creative, engaging lessons

Assisting with behaviour management (yes, the “eyes this way, please!” moments!)

Preparing resources and keeping the classroom flowing

*

Being that dependable, encouraging Teaching Assistant every child can rely on

What do we need from you?

Proven school-based Teaching Assistant experience

*

Great communication, literacy and numeracy skills

*

Understanding of SEN and effective learning support

*

A patient, upbeat, flexible approach

*

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to get one)
