£24.50 per hour | 48 hours per week = £61,152

2 x 12-hour clinical shifts + 24 hours supernumerary (8am - 8pm, with some weekends and on-call included)

We're looking for a dedicated RGN or RMN to join us as Deputy Home Manager in a well-established, supportive care home in the heart of Southport. This is a fantastic opportunity to blend hands-on nursing with management responsibilities, playing a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home

Leading shifts and providing direct clinical care (2 shifts per week)

Taking responsibility for the clinical oversight, care planning, medication management and compliance

Supervising and mentoring the nursing and care team

Supporting with audits, safeguarding, training and regulatory standards

Participating in the on-call rota and supporting over occasional weekends

What we're looking for:

A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin (RGN or RMN)

Previous experience in a senior role within a nursing home or similar setting

Confident in leading a team, coordinating care, and managing clinical priorities

A compassionate and proactive approach to care and team support

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
